Users can authorize Message Generator to access their Google Sheets when using Google services.

Data Collection

For visitors on our website, we only log only timestamps, http requests, and visited urls for analytical logging for up to ten days since the original collection date. Information will be deleted as soon as it is deemed unnecessary or if ten days have passed since its collection.

How We Use User Data

User Data

User Data will be used by Message Generator in accordance with the User's instructions and any applicable terms in the TOS.

Other Information

Message Generator is the handler of other information and uses it to operate the provided service. Other information will  be used:

• As required by law or other eligible legal processes.

• To communicate with you by responding to your requests and questions.

• To help prevent security issues and abuse.

Google Workspace Add-on

Message Generator also provides a Workspace Add-on that integrate with Google Sheets and its corresponding API Scopes. Message Generator cannot access your data in unless you or your workspace admin authorize the add-on. If authorization is granted, Message Generator uses it's access to your data and these services to fulfill the services the add-on provides.

Message Generator is a Workplace add-on for Google Sheets. It will read data on the sheets to generate messages corresponding to the acquired data. No data is stored outside the users Google Sheet documents. Data is accessed via Google Apps Scripts Sheets API. All information received from Googles API will be used in accordance to the Google API Services User Data Policy. The add-on has read access to the current open Google Sheets. It also has access to display popups within Google Sheets.

Personal Information

Message Generator will share Information in the following ways:

• Information will be shared following the users instructions.

• Information, such as templates, will be shared when multiple add-on users have edit access to the same Google Sheets.

• Collected information will be shared if the law required us to do so.

• We may share information with third parties when we have your permission to do so.

Protection Of Your Personal Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. We work hard to protect information you provide from misuse and any other unauthorized access. We follow generally accepted industry standards when handling personal information we have. This applies during transmission and after we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and because of that we cannot guarantee absolute security. The length of which we keep your information depends on why your information was collected. We will not keep your information for any longer than necessary unless legally required.

All your information we collect is yours. However, we may collect and process your personal information. That means we must respect your rights to your personal information. In order to use any of your rights contact us and we will facilitate the exercise of your rights for no cost. We will inform you of the actions taken as soon as possible. But , never later than in 30 days.

When someone visits this website we use Google Analytics to collect some standard log info and basic details of visitor behavior. We do this to track of the number of visitors to the various pages on this site and how it is used. This information is strictly anonymous and cannot be tracked back to directly you. We do not make any attempt to figure out who you are and do not allow Google to make any similar attempts.

Under Age Users

The date at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. We will notify you if any material is going to be changed  so that you have time to review the planned changes.
